FLEX MAX uses unique C.S.I.™ technology.  C.S.I.™ allows you to exercise all of the muscles of the abdomen.  C.S.I.™ works by sending a signal from the belt to the nerves where they are most concentrated.  The nerves then branch out to all of the abdominal muscles, which contract and relax quite naturally.  As a result, all of the abdomen muscles are exercised and not just those beneath the pads.
